- Own-brand products (chocolates, teas, coffees) are stocked directly and shipped out quickly.
- We handle customer service and returns in-house, making everything easier and more streamlined for you.
Ordering via eBay:
- Funds are temporarily held, which can sometimes cause a delay in fulfilling dropshipped orders.
- In some cases, we may need to cancel an order as “out of stock” if financial constraints prevent us from fulfilling it at that time.
- Cancellations are refunded in full, and we’re more than happy to help if you’d prefer to buy directly from our website instead.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. During peak season (October to December), this may extend to 3–4 working days.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM will be processed the next working day.
UK Shipping
- Own-brand products (chocolates, teas, coffees): Typically arrive within 2–3 working days
- Yodel small parcels: Delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch
EU Shipping
- Small parcels up to 500g sent via DHL Packet Plus (tracked, some require signature)
- Estimated delivery: within 1 week, depending on customs clearance
International (Zones 5 & 6)
- Small parcels up to 999g sent via DHL Packet Plus
