Why Some Postage Costs Are Marked TBC – And What That Means for Your Order

At Onyx Dragon, we’re committed to keeping our delivery process as smooth and transparent as possible. You might have noticed that some locations on our Delivery Page are marked with TBC (To Be Confirmed) instead of a set postage cost. So, what does that mean — and why do we do it?

What Does “TBC” Postage Mean?

We use “TBC” for certain delivery areas where we don’t yet have confirmed postage rates from our wholesalers or couriers. Rather than guess or overcharge, we choose to mark these as “To Be Confirmed” so we can update them with the most accurate price as soon as we receive the correct information. This ensures that you’re not paying more than necessary — and that we’re charging fairly based on real-world logistics.

What Should You Do If Your Order Includes a TBC Area?

If your delivery address falls within a TBC region:

Once we confirm the correct delivery cost, we’ll get back to you promptly so we can update your order and complete the checkout process together.

We truly appreciate your patience while we work with our suppliers to finalise rates for all delivery areas. Our goal is always to make your experience with Onyx Dragon simple, fair, and hassle-free.
