Unfortunately, industry standards for pre-ground coffee vary wildly, and we have found that pre-ground options frequently result in over-extraction, flattening the unique characteristics of the beans before they even reach your cup.
To guarantee that you get the full depth, aroma, and complexity that these coffees were roasted to deliver, we are transitioning to a whole-bean-only model moving forward. Grinding your coffee fresh just before brewing makes an incredible difference in the cup, and we want to ensure every bag of Onyx Dragon coffee hits that high standard.
